By requesting our services, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to sell it. You must provide a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up.
3. Quotes and Offers
All offers provided are based on the information you provide about the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from the description provided.
4. Vehicle Removal
Free towing is provided within our designated service areas. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pick-up.
5. Payment
Payment is typically made in cash at the time of vehicle removal. All transactions are final once the vehicle has been picked up and payment has been rendered.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cash For Junk Scrap Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
